I've used the unit for several months already. If you need extra phone outlets, this is your best shot. I bought it after I change local phone company to Vonage. I needed more phone outlets to connect Dish receivers to phone line and I didn't want wire running all around the house. We have busy house with cable, directtv, playstation 3, Tivo etc. Our phone company couldn't install a jack in one of the bedrooms without putting a whole in our siding into the bedroom and NO we did not want that. This product works awesome. We have it in one of the bedrooms for our DVR and it's wonderful. Highly recommend it. The price is great too.Customer Review: Works great!

I bought this because I do not have a phone jack behind my entertainment center in my living room. I have Dish Network and I needed this to avoid the $5 monthly fee for having no phone access. The Easy Jack 2 works great and passes caller ID info onto the screen nicely.
Works great thus far, but I hope it works over good over the long haul.

Here is the one big rule you need to follow, follow the instructions and plug THEM directly into the wall outlet. Even a little 3-way adapter will act as a noise antenna. Also think about what may be near the adapters in making good choices or changes. I used it to connect my HP Officejet fax to a line. Easy Jack 2 Wireless Jack Base and Extension Unit
THE PRODUCT IS EXACTLY WHAT IS STATED, BUT IT DID NOT WORK TO USE MY COMPUTER ROUTER IN THE OTHER ROOM AS I HAD PLANNED..BUT IT IS A GOOD PRODUCT SO I WILL SAVE IT FOR FUTURE NEED.
