Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Ooma Core VoIP Phone System
Customer Review: Ooma Review Summary: 3 Stars
I'm giving ooma 3 stars.
PROS: cheap & economical, unlimited phone for life? Is it for as long as your box is working?
CONS: if you're willing to compromise the quality call, i would recommend this product, else i will still settle for vonage!
Customer Review: Great Buy Summary: 5 Stars
I've used the ooma for about two months now and it works just like it was advertised. I opted for the new number assigned by ooma and have had no problems with it. The sound is not quiet as clear as a land line but very good. I love the "no more phone bills" option!!!
Customer Review: ooma is the bomb......if u never need custmer service Summary: 5 Stars
Ooma is great , the phone quality is amazing.... but i also have a great connection. It took me about 15 min to setup. But there is NO SUCH thing as custmer service at all. I dont even think there is anyone to answer calls. Other than no custmer service. It is great.
Customer Review: Not there yet Summary: 2 Stars
Download streams (voice from you to person on the other end) are perfect, upload streams (your voice going out to others) is a bit choppy. Not choppy enough for the person on end to complain, but bad enough for me send it back and keep paying Vonage $30 per month.
Customer Review: Ooma Premier service not ready for primetime Summary: 3 Stars
The $99/yr Premier service (aka the "Ooma Lounge") does not work (yet). It is supposed to provide the extra voice phone features that one may have opted for in selecting VOIP over a landline voice service, such as call blocking, call forwarding, and second line.
