Customer Review: Easy to install but . . .

I ordered this hard shell case for my Mac and received it quickly. I struggled with installing it, called the retailer, and was told that I had ordered the wrong case for my model (which bummed me since I had first called Apple to find out what would work for my Mac). The retailer said that the Mac model number is listed in tiny print on the bottom of the Mac by the hinge, and sure enough, by scrunching my 50-something eyes, I could just make out a model number. (Thanks, Mr. iPearl.) The retailer emailed me a return invoice but unfortunately, I was away on vacation and came home to learn that the return had the to be postmarked within seven days of the invoice being issued. . .and I was at 10 days by the time we got back. Moral of the story: look for the model number first and return quickly if it isn't what you want. I'll probably order again because I like the idea of the hard case protection and when I was in my school's computer lab, there was a sea of white Macs and having a novel color will make mine unique and easy to find. I also like the idea of the little feet to make keyboarding more ergonomic.
