Received first telescope and had issues with tripod, mount, and mirror in telescope .
Second telescope has issues with mount and controller . Made 1 decent scope out of 2 that were shipped .
Excellent service from Amazon !!!
Contacted manufacturer about these issues twice before a reply . Representitive said he was going to look into my issues and never replied back to me .
I realize this is not a million dollar scope, but for $500 I would have expected better quality control and customer service from the Manufacturer .
