This station is so great! First, I had some problem to make it work, it was because you need it to be plugged on the power, not on the batteries
And then, everything went very easy, the remote has every function possible, and every stuff to congigurate is very intuitive.
The ipod can wake you up, for one day, just the week, or just the week-end.
The quality is not so bad, not high definition, but this is not the goal of the product, and the sound can actually be very loud, and still good (there is a mini mini woofer)
I still haven't play enough with the radio to review it, but it was working good!
I definitely recommand it!! Very good quality for a good price!
(note:I have an ipod nano 8Go third generation but there are a lot of ipod working with it)

I was intially very pleased with this radio so I purchased a matching one for my wife. After a few months, the iPod would no longer charge. I returned the unit and received another. That one worked for about 6 months and would no longer play the ipod or radio. The alarm buzzer was the only sound I could get out of it. Being a glutton for punishment, I returned that one and got another. I opened it up, plugged it in and found that half of the display characters do not work and you cannot tell what time or day it is. This one is going back and I'm searching for another product. Incidentally, my wife's radio is working fine. I'm very frustrated in how much time I've spent trying to find a iPod clock radio that I can depend on.Customer Review: Great Clock, Bad Sound

I returned this item a few days after I bought it. While the clock itself is nice, since you can turn off the backlight in several steps, there was something wrong with the sound.
When I put in an uncharged iPod, it was great. But once charged, no matter if I used the radio or the iPod, there was a constant rhythmic buzz. I thought this made it defective, but after reading some other reviews this seems to be a common issue.
I got a Sony ICF-C1IPMK2 Speaker System and Clock Radio with iPod Dock instead. No buzz, even better sound, and it even takes my 4th gen iPod. I leave that one permanently docked.

This is a nice clock that gives lots of choices. You can choose to wake up to a buzzer, the radio or your ipod... as well as having 2 separate alarms that you can set to go off Mon-Fri, Sat & Sun or all 7 days of the week. You can peronalize the length of snooze. It produces good sound and charges the ipod pretty quickly. The bad thing is that the background of the screen is lighted and the numbers are dark so it is pretty bright... even when using the dimmer it is still annoying if you are sensitive to things like that. I got this for my husband because he likes mine, but mine has a dark background and really dims down. I really wished that i could keep it. I liked the design and feel of it. the sound is O.K, but good enough for my office. However, the product is not very stable, despite all my hopes and efforts. very frequently it has a hard time recognizing the Ipod. Customer service asked me to unplug the power and plug it back in, which washed out all the settings of time, and radio stations. Imagine doing it every day, or sometimes a few times each day. I will have to take it back to Office Depot. Also, the original package missed the remote control. I had to call to request it myself.
the replacement worked fine so far. so i upgraded it from a one star to a 3 star.
