Customer Review: A little disappointed

The construction and materials are actually quite good for the cost, but the fit of the phone - and my body - is not great.
My LG Optimus S fits inside the pouch just fine (it's just the right size, actually), but the way the screen cover is sewn to the rest of the case makes it "bubble" out. The touchscreen is very hard to use this way, since you first have to press down on the cover to make it touch the screen, and then try to move your finger with the cover wrinkling and shifting around. Basically the touch screen is useable, but just barely.
The other issue is, these must be made for people with really small arms - I'm not expecially big, in fact you could easily describe me as "lanky" (think Shaggy from Scooby Doo). While I can technically stretch it around my arm, it's so tight it would end up cutting circulation off quite fast. I can fit it over my forearm a little better, but I think it will become uncomfortable after more than 30 minutes. Hopefully not, because I bought it so I could use it on long runs (2 hours or more) and long bike rides. I hope it fits my wife better as I bought one for her too - luckily she's smaller than me.
Unfortunately, I haven't seen anything better - at least the construction quality is good. I'll probably use it anyway since I don't really have a better choice. If the screen cover was fitted a little tighter so it sat flat on the touchscreen, I could probably live with the armband being a bit too small (have my wife extend it or something).
