I wanted to write a short review for this case. There are a couple things to note, they may be of no use to you, but I would have liked to have known them before I purchased the case.
1) This apparently ships from the U.K. so if you are ordering this from the US, it may take a while arrive. I was wondering why it took two weeks longer to be delivered than my Archos. Seeing the return address seemed to explain that.
2) This does not have a built in plastic screen protector. I could not tell from the images or description if it did or not. Some people like the added protection (myself included) and others find it annoying. I may end up just buying some screen protectors.
Overall it is a very nice case, port access is not impeded, and it provides a better grip on the device. The Archos 7 can be slippery, and I have read about people accidentally dropping them.
