Customer Review: Dangerous Plug, Don't Buy!

This item is of the lowest quality. This is what happened at the very first time I used it: after plugging it in the socket, when I wanted to plug it out the only part that came off was the plastic part and the 2 metal contacts stayed in the socket. This can be very very dangerous, even lethal in European countries that have 220 volts of electricity potential. I had to use other instruments to take the contacts out of the socket holes. Worst purchase ever from Amazon.Customer Review: Not very useful in England...

I'm sure these work fine in some parts of England but in London most of the outlets were of the Universal variety. So didn't really help me at all. But I will tell you something, Europe is sure screwed up when it comes to electrical outlets. To be honest, if you are traveling out there, it would probably be best to just wait and see what type of adapter you will need. If you are staying at a hotel, they will just lend you the adapter at no charge...Customer Review: Very Good Transaction

Not much say about the product it self it's a simple plug and it does it's job well. I'm very satisfied with the transaction. The seller did not charge me for shipping and handling on this purchase so the price for the product was the actual amount i payed. I bought two of these before a recent trip. The first one came apart in the 230 V outlet the first time I tried to use it leaving large, exposed, live metal parts and no easy way to unplug it without getting shocked. It was too inexpensive to make it worth the trouble to return. The second one seems OK but I strongly recommend you make another selection!Customer Review: OK Adapter

This adapter worked pretty well. The price is probably the most attractive part, although nothing bad has happened to my appliances yet. It is a little difficult to plug into the european wall sockets, which are recessed into the wall in a circular shape. You have to kind of work with it. The small size is a BIG plus if you are traveling.
