Very satisfied with this purchase. The cartriges are new, genuine HP cartriges and are a much better price then from a walk in store. They were delivered in 2 to 3 days. I have to say that I have always been pleased with orders from Amazon and the timely manner that products from them are received. I havent installed the ink yet. I can only hope this ink works and doesnt dry up fast. This printer is actually pretty good with ink. there have been months I havent used this printer and the ink still works. so I will have to let you know later I guess when I finally install it and by then I hope its not dried up.
