I received this in a timely amnner. The black ink was a little messy to load, I had black ink on my fingers when I finished loading it. Otherwise, it was a smooth transaction. Original ink lasts a lot longer than the cheaper "remanufactured" ink cartridges do, plus the new cartridge heads are better for my printer. Shipping was fast. The price was the best I could find, but I still think it's expensive.
