Customer Review: Working on a Replacement

Unfortunately, the item arrived DOA - so I don't know much about the function of the item. It does plug into the GBA SP we bought it for, but does not power it up- yet! Contacted the seller and without too much grief, only 2 emails, they are sending out a replacement. The seller worked well with me, as the item was a gift from Santa and we no longer had the packaging to supply all of the requested info. I was afraid that we be the end of that - but they worked with us and are sending a no charge replacement. Nice when you are treated with good customer service! I will update review (if I can) with function info once the replacement is received.
Received the replacement in the mail today. Changed my rating from ** to ***** - good customer service and the unit does work well with the GBA SP, we are no ready for any long road trip that we might take.
