Yes, the charger's plastic case feels flimsy, and one has to be gentle inserting the battery in order to avoid bending the contacts, but it works fine and charges the batteries quickly. The batteries which come with this unit are satisfactory, and I get 80-90 exposures per charge in my Kodak z8612. It's difficult to find fault with this unit at its very low price.Customer Review: Pretty darn cool

This is a necessity. I bought it about a month ago and with moderate use I have not had to recharge the battery yet. And in case I do I have the handy car charger which I think is cool. I first used regular AA batteries on my new kodak camera and they didn't last through the night, but this battery has lasted a month with no signs of getting low.Customer Review: Great Bargain

Just one of these batteries purchased locally will cost you more than this entire kit. Spent alot of time trying to find affordable recheargeable lithium ion batteries for my camera. I don't usually buy off brand stuff, but these batteries have proven to be an excellent value and are working fine through the holiday demands. Product arrived in a timely manner, and is the perfect solution for powering my Pentax istDL camera. LED indicator on charger not too communicative, but useful part of the time. These batteries and charger are perfect solution for an otherwise very expensive cost of operating this digital camera.
