While I give kudos to Effocity for their customer support, this product is pure junk. The first one came and I charged the battery for 6 hours even though the green light was always on saying it has a full charge. When I wrote and asked to return they send me another charger. Same problem so I write back and they refunded the money. I wish I could give it a zero stars like it should have been it gets a one.Customer Review: Excellent buy

I purchased the lithium ion battery and charger for a camera that did not come with a lithium battery. After spending money on battery replacements, I decided to look into purchasing a charger and found that this package deal was what I was looking for. I bought this to use with my camera that I bought used. My camera came with 2 batteries but no charger. Upon researching I found the name brands to be almost $30, this one with 2 batteries was less than $15, The only fault I find is when charging my brand name battery it does not indicate that is it charged, I have to guess based on how long the others take, Overall, a good little charger!Customer Review: Very pleased with the charger

The battery charger arrived with in the time frame that was promised. It is a very compact unit and the Car adapter was unexpected. It will be very usefull to have come summer as we travel alot. Being able to have a battery charging while traiving will be great. The unit charges the battery in 2 to 8 hours depending on how run down the battery is. I was really excited to see a charger with 2 batteries for this price. I should have known it was too good to be true. The batteries don't hold their charge for long. It's like I'm constantly changing them in and out for one another. I'm going to have to spend more money buying another charger. Should have spend the additional and gotten a name I knew to begin with.
