Customer Review: Owned for two months with no problems

This is the second two-screen system we have purchased (first was from a different manufacturer). This system has worked as advertised so far. The video quality is better than our previous system as is the sound quality. My only complaint is the DIN cables that connect the screens to the DVD player are not very well designed. The cables have about nine very small pins that have a tendency to bend when attaching it to the player even when you are being very careful. I think these DIN cables are common for the players with separate screens since our last player had them, too. Just be extremely careful when plugging in the screens and all is well.Customer Review: No Customer Service

Asked again:"Will you be so kind to tell me exactly which formats does it play? There are more than 30 video formats...
Textual Answer:"All excerpt VCD's." Signed by Reginald K. Johnson
Third email: Are u sure you want to work in customer service? I'm planning not to buy the equipment due to your help.
Still no answer...

I thought the product itself worked fine. However, we have one child and do not particularly want to watch her baby videos at all times. We ended up returning this product because it would only play one movie at a time. Also, this one required that you have each screen and the player connected to power. If two people watch it it would require that 3 power sources be available. There were wires all over the place which is not very safe with an infant, or any other child for that matter.
We tested it and although the picture quality was fine, it was not good enough to keep based on the above reasons.

We should have invested in something like this a long time ago, it makes driving long distances so much easier. So far this system has performed as promised. The speakers are loud enough for the kids to hear without having to use headphones, yet not too loud for the adults who have to listen to the movie as well. I like that you have the dvd unit up front, that way you don't have to get up to load another DVD. The remote is kind of cheap, but since you have all the buttons you need on the DVD unit you don't have to rely on it. All in all I am very pleased with this product.Customer Review: Still going after almost 2 years...

Many reviewers say this dies within weeks or months of purchase. I've had mine for about 20 months now or so and it still works like a champ. It has gone on many car trips both short and far. It has taken all the bumps, drops, stepping on, and other punishment that we inflict on it and it keeps chugging along. The only negative we seem to have is that when it is used with headphones there is an annoying high pitched feedback that sometimes comes through the headphones especially when the car is accelerating, but other than that we are pleasantly surprised with this unit.
