Great little player. Very nice display. Player is easy to use, but Zune software takes a little getting used to.
I bought this as a factory refurbished unit. Great price, good warranty. Very resonable as compared to the ipod nano.
We have two other zunes and I prefer using window media to manage my music over itunes.
Zune may not be as mainstream as ipod, but it is a great music player. I have been very happy with them.

great mp3 player for the price, super small and thin. its ridiculous that i had to read a forum to learn how to turn the player completely off. press back arrow button on the top left AND down on the dial at the same time. this helps the battery last awhile as you can imagine. i rarely have to charge it. zune software is easy to use, but takes some messing around to figure out how to change certain settings. not impossible, but takes some getting used to.Customer Review: do not buy any zune players

pros = pretty slim
good screen resolution
cons = very short battery life only 15 hours
bad functions
worst ear phones
very high price
my suggestion is pls do not buy zune u will loss money .

I love this Zune, I really don't regret not taking an iPod like my Uncle tried to strong arm me into doing. I can connect to my network with this, I enjoy the software's layout/design, and the shape of the Zune is so pleasant. The sound quality, I hear no loss in sound quality from my Computer. I'm likely getting my own earphones as I have difficulty keeping them in but other than that I'm very satisfied I decided to buy this.Customer Review: The best starter-MP3 player!

This is a great MP3 player! I have the red 8gb and it's the perfect size, shape, and color. The menu is easy to maneuver, the touch options are the right sensitivity level, and the personalization aspect is a nice touch. I love being able to listen to the radio whenever I want and the software (that you download yourself off of the website) is also easy to maneuver. Overall, it's a great product and I'm thoroughly impressed.
