I purchased this item for my son for Christmas. He likes it better than the ipod, especially for the battery life. He is totally satisfied with it and has it everyday on his ride to work. I really love my Zune. It is small and lightweight but holds so many songs, pictures, etc. Our family swears by Microsoft products and the Zune hasn't let us down! It works very well and is easy to use.
My only complaint is that it took forever to arrive.

The perfect size! Thats what really makes this great. The unit is small, but the storage is huge. I'm not sure why these didn't sell better when they were on sale as part of the series. Either way The Zune 16GB is a great buy. I would recommend it to anyone.
