This is probably the best MP3 player I have ever owned. The only thing is the connectivity piece. I am currently deployed in Afghanistan and getting the software to use the player off the internet was a pain. Once I did everything came online nicely. Pretty tough player too...naturally I've dropped it a couple of times...etc...I would highly recommend to anyone who hates apple and wants a functional MP3 player with all the same functions but not the hype.Customer Review: 16GB Zune

I got my new 16GB Zune today and I looove it. Didn't take very long to load up all my music, and the controls are great and easy to use. I love that it has an FM radio. The screen is beautiful, and yay no itunes! I've already listened to hours of music and the battery meter hasn't budged. I recommend this slick little number. - oh I almost forgot - no equalizer. That is the only mark against it, but so far it hasn't been a problem for me.Customer Review: Good Choice

The Zune Software has a great set up if you want all the albums you can download.. 15 a month for unlimited music to go, and even keep 10 songs a month. If you buy one cd retail, its already worth it to get the music pass, and the Zune is great product as well! Fun games and wireless syncing is neat, even added compatability with xbox in game music to play your fav. songs while gaming.Customer Review: Great Purchase

I purchased this item for my 14 year old son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. We are surprised at how many uses he can get from it and the quality is great. It was a little confusing to set up, but I have a friend that owns a Zune that walked him through it. Amazon had the best price on this item. After buying a 30gb Zune for my boyfriend last Christmas I was able to play around with the Zune a little bit and then realized I needed one for my own. I really like how it organizes your media, connects you with other Zune users, and links up with your Xbox360 gamertag. Overall I think this is a great product and people need to check it out!
