wow. I got this after my toshiba gigabeat finally died after about 2 years of regular use. I wanted it because it has fm radio, which the Toshiba did not have. I love it. It works great and the software is awesome too. The picture and video quality is excellent, and it sounds as good as the Toshiba without having to adjust any sound settings. I love that it has games too, although I dont play them a lot because they drain the battery. If you are looking for a new mp3 player, the Zune is definitely worth a try.Customer Review: Think twice

I have a Zune & an Ipod touch. Go with the Ipod touch, more features & costs less since you have to pay $15.00 plus every month for your music. I returned the Zune just the other day. My son was so excited to get the Zune, then was very disappointed compared to my other sons Ipod touch! Just skip the Zune, plus microsoft will mess up your billing every month & you will spend 20 minutes every week getting charges reversed becuase their auto billing charges you 2 times in one month. I'm really happy with my new Zune. I've had it for a few weeks now and it stores my music and pics and even videos. It's great. Only a few prob's, when I plug into computer to sync sometimes it needs to be restarted or my computer won't recognize the device, but it's a fixable issue. Also, some of my songs - that I purchased - are DRM protected and Zune software won't let u add that music to the player - that sucks. Other than those minor issues. It's a great player I'm very happy with it so far.Customer Review: I love it when it's charged

I love this little Zune and REALLY love the fact that it has FM stereo so that I can listen to the radio or the TVs at the gym. The only problem is that it seems to go dead a lot and I'm not sure if it's defective or if I'm just not paying attention. It has a lock on it which, twice, I thought I engaged only to find it dead when I wanted to use it. It would be nice if it could just run on a triple A battery or something cause when it's dead, there's no quick fix.Customer Review: Do not buy this item!

Not only is it very un-userfriendly (my husband still has not figured out an easier way to delete songs from there other than connecting it to the Zune software and re-formatting). It's big and bulky and the picture doesn't turn as advertised. My daughter's died one year after I purchaed it. I called Microsoft and they said they would send another one for the price of a new one. Don't waste your money on this mp3 player - there are so many others out there.
