I have purchased storage cases for my dvds and cds that cost as much as $150. This device will save space, time and money even if you don't have a computer. I filled up my first unit in a couple of days and have already ordered a second one. The only two things I would add is the ability to see disc names on a digital display and a small bar-code scanner. Short of those additions the unit is still the best on the market for the money. I certainly recommend this product especially if you are a frequent dvd/cd user, this item makes accessing and storing cds very fluent and simple.Customer Review: Love it Even Without MAC Drivers

The reviews below show this item comes with MAC drivers or that you can get them, but this is no longer true as of 3 months ago. This is still ok with me because Im both MAC and PC ready. It is a great system. I have 3 and daisy chain them to store all my CDs and DVDs. The cataloging at first can take awhile to set it up but its worth the time spent. Works very well with the Collectorz software, and is also available at the same merchant X-treme Geek on Amazon.
I would recommend this product to anyone who has CDs and DVDs.

Im so happy to not have to manually search through dozens of backup disks etc now. Also a real spacesaver (I threw out all my old klunky, half broken jewel cases). It will also catalog them all in a searchable database (Yes including file names if you click the right options)
As others said, the arm seems a bit flimsy, but I don't think it's flimsy enough to break from normal use. Also glad they gave a choice of colors. White/putty would definitely have been out of place here.

So far the unit is working well. As with another review I must say the units disc arm seems a bit flimsy. I only gave it 4 stars due to the software. It's a bit clunky and cumbersome to use however I believe that this is an excellent investment for anyone who collects movies, CDs or just has a lot of discs laying around. I would recommend this product although hopefully they will make a larger capacity unit in the future!Customer Review: They're getting there

I like this. But it seems archaic to have to open the sliding door to get a disc out -- there ought to be something that mechanically opens it. And if you forget to close it, then dust can get in. And I'm always afraid I didn't align the disc exactly right in the arm holder.
But for storage, it's pretty good. Much better than having cds/dvds in cases everywhere.
