Customer Review: Very unhappy with Zalman Customer Service

My silver ZM-NC2000 looks very nice and functional but I am VERY disappointed that it didn't come with the usb cable that is needed to power the fans. I contacted Zalman the manufacturer SO MANY times. Unfortunately they are not in the US (maybe) so I could not call them but instead emailed both their Tech Support AND Sales email addresses. Nobody replied at all! All I want is the USB power cable! Because of this mistake, I am not happy with paying more than $60 for a cooling pad. :-(
