Customer Review: Great Case! Fits the Western Digital Passport Essential 500 GB Perfectly!

I ordered the case through Amazon. It came quickly and fits the Western Digital My Passport Essential 500 GB USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 Portable External Hard Drive perfectly.
I originally had a Passport drive from years ago, when they first started making them. I used to carry it around in my bag everywhere. The connection between the usb wire and the device broke after awhile. This case is sturdy and can fit the device (and the wire as well, although it requires you to turn the ends of the cables sideways to fit). I am hoping that keeping the hardrive in a case will make it last longer, since I take it everywhere with me. The case easily fits into my purse, and is a bit wider than an older generation Ipod. It also is sleek and does not necesarily look like a case for a hard drive. I highly recommend this for people who need more protection for their Passport than a simple neoprene sleeve.
The only con is that in the picture for the case it looks like it is made out of a very inflexible material. However, when I got I, I realized it is a bit more plaible to the touch. This was not a problem for me, and it is still hard enough to protect the drive.
