Customer Review: No Cable, No Installation instructions, No mounting screws

What the Hell!!!!!!!!
This is the first hard drive I purchased that didn't come with a cable, installation instructions and screws for mounting. I can't say whether the drive is any good or not yet until I go spend more money and more time getting this crap that should have come with it. It's especially irritating when I paid a little extra to have it shipped early too.
A "Heads Up" in the product description would have been appropriate.

How quiet? Even though I'm running programs, burning DVDs, doing things I just KNOW is demanding intense hard drive activity, I can't tell the thing is running. It's fast enough for iMovie, iDVD and is a good "replacement" for the stock 320 gb HD that came with my iMAC. Store the old drive somewhere safe in case your iMAC (or, God forbid, this drive) ever crashes so you can replace it before you take your iMAC in for service.
Buy one.

I purchased this hard drive to use as an upgrade in my TiVo HD. It replaced the stock 160gb drive, which was capable of holding only 20 hrs of HD video. This drive allows me to now store 160 hrs of HD video and almost 1500 hours of SD video. Awesome upgrade for my TiVo HD.
Note - This drive WILL NOT work in the Series 3 TiVo as an upgrade as it is the WD10EACS-00ZJB0 which causes the Series 3 to get stuck in an endless boot cycle.

This is my favorite STORAGE drive. It runs quiet and cool and it is relatively inexpensive. I have bought several, with the first one being for my TiVoHD and it's been working great for almost a year now. However, I would not use this drive as a main drive for someone who wants great performance. NOTE: Newer models of this drive use 3 platters instead of 4 and are faster and even more efficient. These drives run at 5400 RPM.Customer Review: Nice hard drive - good price

This is a great drive - high capacity and it uses less energy and runs cooler than most competitors drives, especially important because it is used in a multi-drive array.
This is the OEM version of the drive - there is no cable, instructions, mounting screws, etc. included with this drive. If you need those, purchase the Retail drive.
