Purchased this product for the obvious reason of needing multiple outlets in our Ford Escape.
Very disappointed that the plug kept falling out of the car's cigarette lighter socket.
Returned it and purchased a similar product from Beltronics which works perfectly.

It works good for plugging in multiple gadgets. I haven't found much use for the battery analysis part. It is also very easy to loose the mounting screws (they are tiny)even if you can find a place to mount it. I also wish it had caps for when you are not using the plugs.Customer Review: don't need to unplug

We have a car phone, MP3 and a TomTom. During a recent trip it was nice to know that we could keep them all charged. We put a piece of velcro on the console and another on the back of the unit and it is now a permanent fixture in the car.

The car battery indicator is not really helpful, just an accssory
They provided screw to fix it, who the heck is gonna screw in the car? They should have provided velcro!!

Great to have in your car if you have more than device you want to use at the same time.
The only thing that I don't like is, it is getting hot after usage, may be because of the battery indicator and LEDs it has, but over all it is great.
