I use this product to power an iPod charger / FM transmitter, GPS and Cell phone charger or radar detector. It always works perfectly and having the battery readout is a nice plus. Anymore - a single socket doesn't cut it and I was tired of constantly swapping devices. The little unit mounts easily and eliminates the time share dilemma for devices that use your car's 12V for power. Highly recommended!!!Customer Review: Very good product for the price

Very happy with this item. I needed something i could plug my radar detector, xm radio and cell phone into all at the same time. My only complaint, it is kinda big and i have to move it to shift the vehicle; although it does have a long enough cord to put it under the dash, the items i am plugging in do not, so it is kind of a mess in my center console when i need all three chargedCustomer Review: Great Product! The Wagan 9794 is an excellent 3 way socket extension for your current car cigareete (power) socket. It comes with a pretty long extension cord, so you can position it just about anywhere you want to inside the car. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has more than one car appliance such as a radar detector, navigation system, ipod am/fm transmitter, etc.Customer Review: Good product

Easy to install and after several months still works great. I was afraid the plastic tabs used to install it would break off quickly but they haven't. I wired it directly to my cigarette lighter wiring harness and thought the constant on LEDs would drain the battery, but after leaving my car parked for days it hasn't discharged the battery at all.Customer Review: Great!

Works very well in my car. Doesn't fall, and battery light are useful to know when my battery is low...which happens and caused me trouble in the past (needed a jump) because I use it mostly in the city so the battery doesn't have time to recharge enough between multiple starts. Now I know when I have to charge it or go for a long ride.
