Device works great for what it is. I cannot say if the lights actually analyze the battery accurately, considering I haven't tested it (and don't plan to), but that is a side feature. I mostly ordered one for the ability to split my 1 DC plug into 3.
I have had my iRiver AFT 100 FM transmitter, my Pharos GPS, and my Sansa Fuze all plugged into this device, and they are powered and charge as expected. What more could you ask for?

I purchased this so I could run my handsfree device, cell phone and I-Pod. I really could've used a 4 way so I could use my GPS also, but only used the GPS on a limited basis. The longer cord was a nice feature since all my toys have short cords and where I originally was going to put it in my car ended up not being good. My only complaint is that all the lights are on at all times, so you really don't know if your battery is low.Customer Review: Works well ....a little big for some cars

Have been using it for 1.5 months and is working perfectly fine. Sturdy design but a little too big for my 98 Acura. So cannot place it behind the gear stick. But the good thing is it has a long wire, so have placed it inside the compartment next to driver's seat. However, the 2008 Toyota Camry i had rented recently had a huge tunnel like design hosting the cigarette lighter socket and this entire devise fitted into it beautifully.Customer Review: 3 way socket

I have not had any trouble using this to run a laptop, fan and sat radio. The only draw back for me is how the power meter works. It works by all the power indicator light lighting up and then as the battery get lower the light start to go out. For me the extra light in my cab can be distracting. Also power meter does not give an accurate gauge of battery level if you are running more than one device threw unit.Customer Review: As Advertised and Then Some

I was a little concerned the 3 way socket would be too big for use in the car. Instead, we simply lay it on the floor and it is out of sight. The cord allows the device to be plugged in up front and reach to the back seat when necessary. It has never come out of the "cigarette lighter" (how old does that make me?).
This company ships so fast, I wonder if they are telepathic! Nice job all the way around.
