To me cordless phones have been getting worse over the years. Since this was my first purchase with V-tech, didn't know what to expect. The phone was in my garbage can after 1 year! Awful sound, NO battery life, swapped out the battery but still not much better. I did give V-tech one more try but story ended up being the same.Customer Review: Terrible voice quality

I purchased this phone for $14.00 from Target - in the store. I wanted something that I could use to replace my older phone that I continually purchase replacement batteries for. I guess this phone makes me sound like I'm in an echo tunnel. I hear some strange sort of sound when I'm on the phone. The phone replaced a Panasonic I lost in a surge. It dials slow and doesn't seem to have a voicemail direct button but works fine otherwise. More impressed with the seller than the phone however. First phone was acting funny and didn't work all the time. They replaced it with a better phone no charge no hassle.Customer Review: it is what it is

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive phone with lots of features, but especially a signal for unanswered voicemails and a "find headset" feature. This phone has both and, although I often leave it off the cradle for a couple days or more, the battery never seems low. This was a good purchase for me!
