I purchased two of these phones as a package, and the earpiece in one was noticeably quieter (even after adjustment). Everything else seemed OK, with one major gripe, again the earpiece - if your ear wasn't positioned over it perfectly, there was an almost 100% loss in volume. This made for some awkward conversations, fumbling to find the right angle.Customer Review: Great Phone for The Money

I needed a new kitchen phone and didn't want to pay a lot. I saw this phone and it was just what I was looking for. It really looks great with stainless and black appliances in the kitchen. It also sounds good when I use it. I asked other people how it sounds from their end and they said it was good. Overall a good phone for the money.Customer Review: nice little phone for the price

Having dropped the phone several times, and still working I think it's a nice little phone. I wish the sound quality was better, but what do you want for 17 bucks? Also wish it would have worked, and came charged. Also wish there was a button for voice mail. Next time I will probably get a cordless phone.

this phone looked like the one i needed to replace, but was not what i expected. it is lighter and cheaper. it does not have a speaker feature and most importantly, it does not ring!!! when the phone is on the base, the phone does not ring. we have missed many phone calls since we got this phone. i would not purchase it again.Customer Review: Does the job

Probably the quickest cordless phone I ever set up. Caller ID is a plus and the numbers are stored when I am not there to answer. Call quality is good, the handset does what it's supposed to, but it definitely feels and looks cheap. You get what you pay for, but I'm happy since I was just looking for the cheapest cordless phone.
