Customer Review: Broke in one month
Summary: 1 Stars

Cheap-feeling construction, very lightweight, awkward to hold, little plastic bricks. I couldn't believe it when I opened up the box and found I had to stuff the batteries into the handsets and connect these little teeny tiny battery connectors, really, the connectors are almost too small to hold. The phones worked okay for one month, then the answering machine would not pick up calls. I called the ATT tech support, they walked me through their troubleshooting procedure (complete power reset, etc.), and finally told me, "It must be an internal problem, please return the phone to where you bought it." "Sorry for the inconvenience." "Is there anything else I can help you with?" Since then I read another review where someone else had the same problem. Junkie-junky-junk. Can't get good stuff these days. 200 features, but no quality, and can't handle the basic job of making and answering calls. All made in China, including the instruction manual. Does any company value quality any more?

Customer Review: Disappointed since it has such good reviews
Summary: 1 Stars

I can't say one good thing about the phone... the handsets are so lightweight they actually feel flimsy to me. The sound quality is awful. For example, if I shift just a little bit off the speaker opening, the sound is gone completely. I know this is not my hearing because it is not an issue with other phones. Other people using this particular phone here have noticed the same thing. I think this could be corrected with a better design modification, like a larger divot where the ear speaker is and perhaps more than just one little hole.

The caller directory does not feel straightforward to use and I wish that the messages off the answering machine could be accessed and played through a handset, not the machine itself. The ringtones have a horrible digitized sound and each phone needs to be set to a ringtone, rather than it being across the board for all.

I'm returning this and getting another Panasonic, I hope I'm not disappointed.

Customer Review: It's OK for just Phone services
Summary: 4 Stars

I bought this phone about a month ago. Like everyone here I read as many reviews as my brain could handle. Ultimately I went with this one. Mainly because it's cheaper than the others. Here are my thoughts about this product:
Pros
1. Great clarity
2. Does have a really good range. I can go in my basement while the base is on the second level of my home (never use to be able to that).
3. Light weight (For most people this is a problem, because it hardly feels like your holding the phone. It almost feel cheap. I think they could have done better in this area)
4.Can program various numbers on the phone and have it show up on the other phones.
5. Can call the other cordless phones.
6. Easy to set up clock, voice recording

Cons:
1. The red light indicator for the voice mail flashes even when someone calls the house. This is very annoying because I consistently have to turn the indicator off.

Customer Review: Cordless phone and answering machine
Summary: 4 Stars

[I'm unable to type properly, so this will be brief.] Instructions mostly clear. Good to see if it is a telemarketer or someone you want to talk with. Good there are wireless handsets and you make one directory entry for all 3. We have trouble moving quickly, and calls would be lost by the time we reached the phone, so we have the main unit on our desk and a handset on the sofa a few feet away.

When trying to talk to a family member, using 2 handsets on the sofa between my wife and I, there was a loud feedback squeal and we lost the call. [We don't answer calls using 2 handsets any more.] The buttons on the answering machine for repeat/delete/skip and play/stop are not lit and are almost impossible for us to see.

All said and done I am glad we got the phone. I have tried to understand support calls with India for other products with little luck and other reviewers said support for this phone is from the USA.

Customer Review: Very good phone
Summary: 5 Stars

I purchased this phone because of reading all the reviews of this product. I got what I paid for. I am pleased with the phone itself and all of the features it provides. The intercom is a great feature for our family. If someone is sick in the bedroom they can easily push the intercom and call me if they need something. Calls are easily transferred by the same feature just as if it was one of the phones in a business office. That prevents yelling back in forth "it's for you". The phone has good clarity and great range. I also like the feature of being able to turn on or off the answering machine with the simple push of a button. The call log is also great because (if you have caller ID) you can see all the people that call you but did not leave a message and the time they called. For example a friend that called but doesn't want to bother us by having us respond to their message.
I am happy with this product.
