Simply put, you are insane if you don't buy this. Its well made, works as promised and easy to adjust to fit basically any configuration. Why in the world would you spend well over a hundred dollars at BEST BUY for something that is possibly not nearly as nice as this unit. I will admit, I was nervous suspending my $800 dollar TV over a brick fireplace with a $30 dollar mount. The nerves were for-nothing. Its well up to the task. One note, if you are going into masonary and using the big lag bolts that came with the mount, follow others advise and put soap on the threads. I could see them breaking if you over tightened them....also there is no need to go crazy in tightening this to the wall. SNUG it and your good. there is minimal lateral forces at work holding your set, its downward. If you overtighten you could actually compromise the anchors. Buy it, put it up, and forget about it forever.Customer Review: BEST value for the money!

I purchased this product because of the price - I paid $30 (for something that normally costs $100+). I bought it because of 1. the price, 2. the fact that it supports 32" - 60" TVs, 3. the built in level, and 4. the ability to tilt (I ended up mounting my TV over my fireplace). The fact that it supports TVs of different sizes is great. I have a 40" now, but am hoping to get a 55" in the near future.
I know most people pay $300-$400 just to have someone INSTALL one of these PLUS the cost of the TV mount. A friend helped me, but we were able to install this ourselves, above my fireplace (went through drywall AND brick. I am amazed at how easy it was to install with the set of instructions that it came with.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a TV wall mount. I will definitely be getting another one of the same when I purchase my next TV.

Being someone who does alot of online shopping, I rely heavily on reviews. That said, I felt the need to comment on this unit. I purchased the 32"-60" model of the wall mount for my 58" Samsung Plasma. Basically, I can only say that the unit is wonderful. An excellent buy based on just the build quality, but an outrageous purchase when you consider the price. Addressing the hardware issue some people mentioned, I had no problems. VideoSecu may have improved the hardware quality prior to my purchase or the individuals that had issues, may not have properly pre-tapped the pilot hole before securing the bolts and simply tried to overtorque. In any case, overall, I cannot recommend this mount enough, although I can't comment on the included HDMI cable. I've an abundance of these on hand, so I have yet to even try it. I'll be buying another tilt mount for my 40" Samsung LCD once I decide where to mount it.Customer Review: why pay more?!

We looked at several flat screen wall mounts prior to purchasing this particular item. I even purchased one at Wally World because I was so anxious to get the TV up on the wall - that one cost 120$. When i got it home, we looked it up on line, I thought perhaps it would have some definite advantages to a cheaper model - but no, it didn't. So, we ordered this one through Amazon and I returned the expensive one. My husband installed this the day we got it - he said it was very easy, I don't even think it took him an hour to get the TV up on the wall. It is great!!! It tilts easily, there is room behind for all the HDMI cords etc... We've had it for a few months now and no problems at all. I can't believe i almost paid 5x as much for the same wall mount! 5 stars on this for sure. I have made many purchases with Amazon and I have never left a review. I felt I should, just to save someone a lot of time doing research. I was skeptical about ordering any mount that I couldn't see in person but trust me, you won't be disappointed. We mounted a 42" lcd flatscreen on a brick wall over our fireplace. Everything we needed to do the job was included ( wall anchors & lag bolts). I've read on other wallmount reviews that the screwheads snapped off when a little pressure was applied but the ones included here worked great. The only thing we needed to buy was a 3/8" X 4" drill bit to drill into the cement. The brackets that attach to the tv are adjustable if you want to go up or down a few inches after you hang it on the wall plate. Don't waste the hundred bucks they charge at bestbuy or pcrichards. This is a real good, secure mount.
