The best quality CD-Rs are fuji-film and Verbatim. The verbatim 100 pack with free shipping is currently the best deal on the best media. They will play correctly on all players.
Tip: Burn at 8X for fewer rejects. 8X is almost as fast as "maximum speed" on most CD burners.

I order Verbatim media because of the reliability for archiving. I have never received a package where some of the disks are bad.. unlike some other brands. Well, I purchased this brand because of the advice given to me by the company I purchased my software from. I don't see this brand being any better than any of the others I have purchased. I absolutely recommend that you not buy this product from any source. The CDs are manufactured with a foil layer on one surface (the "top"). Any scratch or any labeling will pull the foil from the disk body rendering the CD useless. Buy only of you want to throw money in the trash.Customer Review: Not Lightscribe ready

This item comes up under a lightscribe CD search. It is not lightscribe usable there is lettering all over the top of the CD. If you are looking to actually use the item with lightscribe this is not the one for you. I'm sure they are fine CDs for whatever else you are doing.
