I bought this fan based on my brother's recommendation of Vornado fans and the reviews posted here. I was most disappointed. The fan arrived missing several key parts, including the one that connects the fan blade to the motor. What was there was plastic and cheap-looking. My e-mails to the seller about the problem have so far fallen on deaf ears. I can't even get them to tell me how to return the thing for a refund. I'll stick to the old box fan, and avoid this seller in the future.
