Customer Review: Haven't even used it in the gym once and the velcro is falling off.

I received this as a gift from a friend for helping him out in the gym. While his intentions were good and appreciated this product was not. First off, it didn't fit my biceps which isn't a huge problem as many of these bands won't with default straps. However, without even one use in the books the velcro pads became detached in two spots on the band. I would be furious had I paid for this luckily this was not the case. My buddy however is a bit upset that I wasn't able to put his gift to good use.
I have since then settled on the Tune Band by Grantwood Technology. The band that came with it was too small but they sent me a larger band free of charge I also ruined the first enclosed screen protector which they again replaced free of charge. Both times they said the additional items are a "gift" from them. Pretty nice customer service in my opinion. I take a look into those if your unsure what type of band to get.
