Customer Review: Fantastic qualitymedium but LightScribe serface is not so good

The quality of the disc transferring medium is fantastic as usual however; the light scribe surface is not so good. It seems like there is a clear covering over the light sensitive surface. I'm somewhat of a mad scientist so I feel comfortable enough to say that somehow the laser is being distorted through the protective covering. Parts of the label end up coming out blurry, doubled or broken. I have not encountered this phenomenon with other disk mediums I have encountered.Customer Review: Very Reliable Media

I did a ton of research on the best lightscribe media before placing my order and every review of Verbatim was positive. They were right ... I purchased several hundred of these disks for a large CD duplication project. (At the time, the 30 disc spindles had a lower cost per CD than the 50 disc). I use a ProDuplicator 6 drive tower and every single disc burned and printed flawlessly.Great product!Customer Review: A great working CD

I've used Verbatim's DVD/RW before so they were a brand I trust. The lightscribe cd's are no different. I've made several burned CD's with this package and no glitches or errors thus far. I use an HP External DVD/CD lightscribe burner and usually just run it at max speed. Verbatim hasn't let me down once, and the lightscribe labeling never fails to impress. Amazon advertised these CD-R's when prompted for music recording media. Be advised that they will not work for transferring music from 33 1/3 discs or tapes on the TEAC or similar units made for such activity. You must use the Memorex or other discs the specifically say "Music" in their title. They are more expensive, but necessary to complete the task.Customer Review: Great Product!

Verbatim CD-R 80MIN 700MB 52X LightScribe (30pk Spindle Box)
No problems with use. All disks came out fine. Did not have to toss any away. We love the lightscribe where you can put pictures and such. It burns great! Would recommend this product.
