Customer Review: One frustration after another

Everything about this remote is painful. Support is poor, 4/5 of my devices where not found leaving me to track down the codes, software has well documented issues (do a goolge search for 'Unable to Obtain Model ID' - no resolution but to keep trying till it works. Really? that's the best we can do on this?). After 3 hours of building a profle I am stuck unable ot load it to the device... Near as I can tell this is a nice looking paperweight. Return Label requested this is shipping back today.
