This RF base station works with URC's compatible remote controls (make sure you have a compatible model!). If you get it set up properly, it works fine. Doing that can be easier said than done. It takes some work to get it set up right, run the proper flashers (if you use them) and ensure that the signals you want are using the right flashers. Once you get it set up, it works great.
