Customer Review: Eforcity's Ultralast is a 'No-Show'!

I ordered 2 Ultralast batteries on the basis of a review and another cheaper battery to test it's quality. I received THREE of the cheaper batteries, and never got the 2 Ultralasts! Since I had them, and wanting to terminate this transaction expeditiously; I tried to give the company 'a break'! I suggested they credit me the difference in price between the batteries, $0.26, to my account, which would allow me to purchase another product from them, and this would satisfy me!
Instead, they replied, I should mail the two batteries back and they'd replace them! In other words, they wanted me to spend more money than the batteries are worth, to cover THEIR mistake!
But, I think they are being dishonest, if they had the batteries to begin with, they would have sent them! They didn't have them at the time of my order, but didn't want to risk losing the order by putting me 'on hold' for a week or two! So, they sent what they had hoping I wouldn't mind, and I wouldn't have if they would have credited me with the overcharge amount, which I wanted to use to purchase additional material, but they did not do! They made a series of POOR business decisions!
Therefore, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! If you can get what you need from some other company, you are advised to do so! If not, you'll need to 'stay on them', by specifying 'no substitutions', and/or be willing to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the State Attorney General's Office! This was my 'maiden voyage' with Amazon and was not a good one! I would give this company another chance in the future, but they'd have to 'deliver' next time!
