This replacement battery is much better than a canon OEM battery. The day it arrived, I charged it over night, and used it on a commercial shoot. My Canon supplied battery was slowly headed to the battery happy hunting ground. With the battery priced as it was, I ordered two of them. I was going to order 10 of these batteries, and I figured the shipping charge would be a flat rate for the entire order. Not so. This seller charges $4.99 for EACH BATTERY, no matter how many you order.
So, be aware that the total cost for these batteries is $7.24 each.

The battery came on time. It charged about the same as my original Canon BP-511 battery and worked fine. I didn't see any difference in operation compared to the Canon battery. I am quite satisfied with this item particularly since the price was about 10% of the Canon part.Customer Review: Out performed my new OEM batteries!!!

Bought four of these batteries for a little over two bucks each and I am very satisfied with their performance so far. With the OEM battery I was getting about 250-350 shots per charge. These give 400-500. The ones I got were 2200 mah as compared to the 1390 mah $40+ oem one.
