Ultralast AA batteries can be used until you hit a bad one. It'll fizz and pop and pour acid all over the inside of your device, possibly destroying your device. Be careful to wash the liquid off your hands immediately or it can burn through your skin and clothes.
If a battery cannot be reliable 100% of the time, then its worthless. Throw all your ultralast batteries away and never purchase them again. Stick to well known brandnames.
Ultrafast are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for. They leak and it's unpredictable as to which batteries will leak and when. I will not use ever again.
Use a different brand.
