When I opened the device I put in some RayOVac alkaline batteries. The device didn't work. I replaced them with Energizers and it worked perfectly. The batteries look exactly the same, but something must be different. Anyway with the Energizers it worked great.Customer Review: Save your money

I was given this as a gift. Thought it would be helpful when I traveled. The first time I inserted the batteries, it flashed and died. Never got to use it even once. I'm still searching for one that actually works. Maybe I'll try the Kensington.Customer Review: Works well

this "Turbo Charger" is total crap. it doesn't work, i put the batteries in and it turned on and i plugged it into my ipod and left it to charge while i was at work, and it hadn't charged it at all. all it does it light up and make a whining soundCustomer Review: works but not built well

When I got this it didn't even work, until I banged it against the table once and it turned on. It is really cheaply made. I do have to say it does work and does what it is supposed to do. Not sure why it needs the little LED flashlight on it.
