Customer Review: What a great idea.....wish I thought of it.....But Beware of This Seller and Linda!!

I just bought the Nike kit, not realizing I needed a special shoe to use it. Well....after already opening the item so it was too late to return and didn't want to hearing what a great product the Nike Kit was. I didn't want to have to buy the shoes since I already have two pairs. Anyway, see this product made my day and has given me an inexpensive option to using what I have. Very exicted! This and the Nike tool will be a great asset in my training for the Peachtree Road Race 10K
I do want to offer a word of caution in regards to the seller....Tune Belt. I spent money on getting this express and come to find out their version of express is using USPS mail. I hold nothing against USPS but its definately not express and felt very ripped off that they charged 10 dollars for it!
It took four emails to even get the seller to respond. The woman (Linda) who finally responded was very rude, unapologetic and unprofessional.
Only when I said I was going to file a complaint with Amazon did I get an apology from the person that said he was the president. He apologized, saying Linda was "confused" about policy and proceedure as she was just given more responsibility.
I felt is was kind of a weak excuse, and really did nothing to ensure that they would have my business as a future customer. I felt they should have at least credited me back the shipping at least or discounted it to regular. They did offer to cancel it, but to me doing that is kind of weak and didn't resolve the situation to my satisfaction as I still wanted the product.
Overall I am excited about getting this product, as it will be a great asset, but if I ever need to purchase any additional ones, I will choose to purchase elsewhere. I do appreciated the attempt for the president to rectify the situation, but I that point I felt the damage with the woman's handling was already done.
Anyway, for the product.....Five stars......Service, I would say zero to one....and the one is for the president.....Linda gets a zero!
Description of Tune Belt Sensor Pouch for Nike+iPod Sport Kit Sensor
Tune Belt's Sensor Case allows you to use the Nike + iPod system with nearly any shoe.The durable case snugly holds the Nike + iPod Sensor inside a soft fabric pouch and then super securely attaches it AROUND the shoe laces. Because you do not have to thread your laces through the holder like some other pouches, it is really easy to attach, move from one shoe to another and remove so you do not have to walk around with the Sensor Case on your shoe when not using the system.
Easy-to-follow directions are included and, in case you loose or forget the instructions, ink screen printing on the Sensor Case helps make sure you properly insert the Sensor inside the Sensor Case.
Works with 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th generation nano. Also, works with 3rd and 4th generation iPod touch. (Does not include actual Nike + iPod Sport Kit Sensor which is sold separately.)
