I was very disappointed in this product, as the fan is very weak and you need to put the cigarette far back into the the holder to keep the smoke inside. That area could be a little larger. You also have to push the cigarette down firmly, almost to the point of tearing or breaking it,to get it to stay in the holder; otherwise, it falls right out. I returned the item for a refund. They received the returned item two weeks ago and I have yet to receive a refund. I do not plan to order anything from this company again.
