Customer Review: Not impressed with generic brand goods.

I will always tell people that when you look for a cheap product that is exactly what you will be getting "a cheap product." I ordered from this company because they offered a lot of many different gadgets which I could use with my camcorder purchased at bestbuy. I was happy to be getting a second battery at a cheaper price with a tripod, sony carrying case, etc. As it turns out I purchased this product in January and never used it until recently. Right in the middle of me video tapping my nephew playing the lead role in the play "Godsend" my battery went dead so I was happy to have purchased a second one. After putting the second battery in purchased through this sender my camcorder said that it will not accepted the generic brand sent to me. I really don't have to tell you that I was upset about missing the second act, with the surprise ending. Not happy at all about this purchase. Lesson learned (Do not be cheap when buying accessories for keepsake memories).
