This is a very inexpensive calculator that has served its purpose well. The only problem I and another student had was figuring out how to work it. I spent hours figuring out how to add an exponent and logging. I suppose I might have looked at the instruction manual but, where's the fun in that!Customer Review: Great for Middle School

This is a rather basic calculator that is great for middle schoolers in pre-algebra and algebra courses for parts of the year. This works well for middle school purposes, but will probably need to be replaced with a graphing calculator midway through algebra and definitely for geometry.Customer Review: it is fun!!!!

I like this calculator a lot. I had an old TI 30 (1992) and it just died regardless of new batteries. This calculator has nice features and it works great. The only thing I have not figured out yet is how to calculate mean, mode, and std. dev. on it. Othere than that, it is great.Customer Review: Very usefull

I own a ti92P, and it is a pain to take out to do simpler math. I got this as a smaller calc, i had a one line but I found it to be very stupid. if you are looking for a scientific calculator i STRONGLY recomend a 2 line, and while you are buying one i recomend you get the best!Customer Review: Great Product

The TI-30X IIS 2 is a great product. I didnt need anything crazy expensive I just needed something to help me out in my College Algebra class and this has done the job. I would recommend it to anyone that is in need of a good scientific calculator but on a tight budget.
