Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Card Tenergy NiMH D Size 10000mAh high capacity Rechargeable Battery: 2xD --- Limited Promotion SALE!Customer Review: awesome batteries Summary: 5 Stars
not sure what happened with the guy with the swing, but I had exactly the opposite situation with these batteries. I have a garbage can with an automagic infrared opener, and it went through about a set of D cells a month. These batteries (when charged with a high quality charger - that is a KEY part of it) work great, and last ~10 weeks on a charge. Best batteries I've ever bought.
Buy these batteries, and an expensive charger (features to look for are: turns off after the charge, measures the cell capacity before charging, has a condition cycle, etc.), and you'll never need to buy batteries again.
Customer Review: Excellent value Summary: 5 Stars
I purchased a bunch of the Tenergy batteries, C, D, and 9V. The D's are well worth the value when you compare to more expensive brands like Maha. I have a few Maha D and these are just as good, at a fraction of the price. These D's last a LONG time, and I've put them to good use in a radio, flashlight, various toys, and other things. I would also recommend a good charger, as some chargers may not be able to handle the high capacity of these at 10,000 mAh. Also, a good charger will not degrade the batteries, either. I use an Ansmann 8 charger and it's flawless.
Customer Review: Long Life - In infant swing Summary: 4 Stars
I bought these batteries to use in my infant's swing. They last at least one week with 3 hours of usage per day! They take about 12 hours to recharge using the Ansmann Energy 8 Charger so I didn't want to risk them going "dead" in the middle of the day; therefore I recharge them once a week overnight. But they would probably last longer if needed. Great batteries!
Customer Review: Not a long enough life.... Summary: 2 Stars
I bought these for a swing my newborn daughter slept in all the time. I was having to change the batteries out everyday and the charge time was more than 12 hours. I had to purchase 4 sets of these just to keep up with the demand and the charge time. A regular non-rechargeable battery lasted much longer than these, about one week of consent use.... I expected more from a rechargable...
Customer Review: Batteries hold a charge well, seem to last as long as expected. Summary: 5 Stars
Batteries seem to hold their charge, and they perform as expected. More expensive than 10,000-mah batteries bought in Asia, but hopefully of high qualithy. I've only used them a month or two for five hours each time, but they seem to be holding up well enough. I'll know more by the end of summer after 16 or so five-hour uses.
