When the case arrived, we were (and are) very pleased with the quality of the item. Since we don't carry our computer around every day we were not interested in spending copious amounts of money on THE super case, just something to protect it and make it easy to carry. We had looked at some of the big box stores and the lower priced cases we saw quite frankly stunk. The least expensive thing we found at close out was $20 and I wouldn't carry a magazine around in it much less an expensive piece of electronics. So this, at this price ($12.50) is a spectacular deal. It securely holds the computer (zipper and velcro) and everything else we need. It's not the case one needs to haul around a computer and a bunch of text books but for small stuff and accessories it has proven to be ideal for our use. I had to return this case, because the picture of the compartments provided by Amazon is not accurate. Compare it with the customer-submitted photos, you'll see that Amazon's picture has two extra compartments--the one that holds the folder and the one directly below that. The actual product does NOT have those compartments. I returned it for that reason, because I need more organizational space than that.
Having said that, I'll say that upon first inspection, this case appears to be of decent quality (though I would've preferred metal hooks for the shoulder strap). And a big plus is it provides something I want but have yet to find in another case of similar price: a messenger flap for quick-loading, AND a zipper over the laptop compartment for extra protection in case it rains.

This is an excellent laptop bag for the price range. There are definitely features you might desire that this bag does not have, but that comes at a price. It would be nice to have more padding on the shoulder strap (there is just a flat rubber grip) and more pouches would be nice.
As other posters have said, the picture is *not* accurate. Two pockets pictured are not present on the bag. If I did not know this before I ordered, I would have been dissatisfied, but since I knew, I was okay with it given the price.
I paid $22.17 (the price is $26.13 as of the time of this writing), so it was even more of a value then. I would still consider this bag a good value at the increased price.

If you are looking for an elegant leather bag, look elsewhere. This one is plain, functional, easy to use, and holds everything I need without being too bulky. It will hold, for instance, my laptop, the charger, a handful of pens and post-it notes, a folder and a notepad very nicely. It is a very satisfactory product for the price and I would probably have paid even a little more for it... it is a fairly good deal. It has the perk of having a zipper-closure laptop section, and a flip-over top that snaps shut, providing double protection from rain or other abuse. A functional and useful bag. No problems that I am aware of; it's just what it says it is.Customer Review: Good case

I couldn't believe the price of most laptop cases so I was pleased when I came across this one. I bought it at Best Buy a few years ago and happened to see it here on Amazon so I thought I would post a review.
After 3 years it is still in excellent shape. I don't use it every day like some might, but am still surprised at its condition. My only concern is the plastic clips used to attach the strap to the bag. I've always feared they would break but they haven't yet so it's probably an unfounded fear.
I definitely recommend this case for it's price.
