Customer Review: Lack of information about product, poor quality

I was really disappointed after receiving and using the product for the following reasons:
1) Quantity: Products with a similar list price ($19.99) include 12 screen protectors. It is not clear anywhere on the item's description that only one will be delivered.
2) Quality: The item I received has a very low quality, as I have been using it for a few weeks and it has to be replaced already (a big bubble formed on the writing area)
3) Cost: The item costs $0.99 but the shipping is $7.00, which is much higher than the shipping for a book.
The seller was kind enough to refund the purchase price, but I still would recommend buying a different brand.
