We are big garlic lovers in our house and this product has provided a relatively quick way to make roasted garlic that can be spread on toast points, or used in recipes. To be honest, I don't think it quite roasts the garlic long enough to really develop the deep flavor and sweetness that you get from roasting in the oven. If, however, you don't want to heat up your oven just to roast a couple of heads of garlic, this product does a decent job.
Clean up is easy, we just throw the roasting tray in to the dishwasher, but it's just as easy to hand wash as well.
The product is very easy to use also. Just put a tablespoon or two of olive oil in the tray and on the heads of garlic, along with a little bit of salt and pepper, then push the button. For some variation of flavors, you can throw some herbs in there as well, such as rosemary or thyme.

I love the Garlic Roaster. I use it often because it is so easy to use and the garlic can be used so many different ways. I can spread it on bread and crackers or put it in mashed pototoes or soups. Almost two months use now and it still works great! Perfect roasted garlic every time. Compact, well built and it looks great on the counter. Also very easy to clean.
