Windows7 found the card and loaded the software flawlessly.
Item was purchased from Amazon and was shipped immediately; unlike the last items ordered from a Amazon supplier which is being shipped by "pony express".
Customer Review: Adequate performance, dishonest marketing

The card was easy to install and so far seems to work with all applications tested. However, several software titles that are clearly promised on the outside of the box, including "Record Producer LE, Music Write LE, and SoundCheck" are not on the installation disc. This is simply not honest. In the future I'll prefer to do business with a company that delivers what they promise.

I've used Turtle Beach sound cards for quite some time. Their quality is superb; preferable over comparible Sound Blaster cards. Riviera provides all of the features I'm looking for in Digital Input/Output, as well as superb Legacy support (for older computer applications and games designed for DOS.) Received this as an open box item, without documentation or installation CD. Windows XP installed as a Plug & Play item without a problem however as I had installed it in a SHARED PCI slot it had a resource conflict. When I relocated it to a non-shared slot it worked fine. By visiting the Turtle Beach website, I managed to download current audio utilities.Customer Review: No 64 bit drivers

Works fine with 32 bit operating systems. No driver support for 64 bit operating systems. Company website claims the 64 bit drivers will be available Summer 2009 but do not give any specifics about the release of these drivers. So if you are running a 64 bit OS, this card is completely useless.
