I have purchased three of these, and have had almost no problems with them. I use them to connect to two printers and one headset. I have noticed that to print from my laptop it needs to be within sight of the printer, and as close as 10 feet, not the extended distance the product literature states. Also true of the headset: closer is best, and more than 10 feet drops quality 75%. Otherwise does it's job well, especially for printing. No more wires!Customer Review: Works great on Win2000

The software included with the Trendnet adapter installed easily and appears to be very capable. It took only seconds to pair my Win2000 PC with my Motorola e815. I can use the software that came with the adapter to pull pictures off the phone. It's easier than using Motorola's own software. The software also allows for dial up networking with this phone.
Pretty impressive for such an inexpensive piece of hardware.

The Bluetooth adapter works great but don't expect a rebate. Trendnet hasn't honoured any rebate of mine yet. I bought 5 products from Trendnet but they rejected all rebates. The explanation i got for all of them was "Qualifying UPC not valid for rebate". The reason being that they are shipping out products within the rebate period but those UPCs do not come under the rebate umbrella. And they said they cannot do anything about it.Customer Review: It works okay but...

I purchased this product almost an year ago. Didn't have much problem using it with multiple devices. The only problem is its flimsy mechanical construction. After repeated usage, the casing around the USB connector loosened up to the extent that now it does not even get detected after insertion because it does not keep the contact with USB port of the laptop. Sometimes works if I hold it at a certain angle but too much pain.Customer Review: What an excellent product/price!

I bought this hoping it would work with my mac even though reviewers said it would I couldn't understand why the manufacturer did not say it would. Anyway, plug and play pretty much. I had to do a couple of minutes of configuring, but I haven't had to think about it since and the range is way better than my other non-bluetooth wireless devices. I will never buy another wireless device that doesn't use this technology.
