Customer Review: Slow write speed

I get about 2 MB/s write speed when copying large files to this drive. It took over an hour to reformat it with Windows 7. There is nothing 'Jet" or 'Flash' when you are copying data to this drive. The computer store advertised it as 'High Speed'. The only thing high speed about it is the USB 2.0 port. I get about 14MB/s read speed. Reading files from this drive seems reasonably fast. I've been using this drive for 2 days now. So far, it seems to work ok. It's just slow. I read that it's supposed to have a blue LED. Mine has no working LED at all.Customer Review: Solution to my problem!

This flash drive was just what I needed! I was able to put all my information onto one drive, instead of constantly switching between my smaller drives. The Plug and Play means it works with all my machines, whether I am on my work desktop, the laptop, or my home PC. I was looking for a flash drive with a lot of space but that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. This drive is small, efficient, and has plenty of room on it, for a fraction of the cost the electronics store wanted! Why pay more when you can get it all for less?!Customer Review: Works perfectly

I have two of these, and I use them to store files for school projects. This little drive works wonderfully! I bought it because I read a review that said it had a good data transfer rate, and so far I have not been disappointed at all with how fast it transfers files from the computer to the flash drive and back again. Much, much faster than the school drives that we have to save our projects on. My only regret is that I didn't buy more of these, because I've used up all the room on two of these in just two semesters!Customer Review: Very wonderful flash drive for under $10? I bought this because my San Cruzer 2gb wasn't compatible with Macs and I needed to transfer some files from Mac to PC or vice versa. It was beautiful, sealed in the package. Came in a padded envelope. It works great! The one thing that I do NOT like is the appearance. Don't get me wrong - it looks awesome, but it smudges up very quickly but it's not the end of the world. I recommend this product to everyone who is reading this review thinking "Is it worth it?".

I don't know much about these things; but, I DO KNOW, I liked this one so much I bought another one! Have had these for several weeks and find them to be MUCH, MUCH faster than my Scan Disk Mini Cruzer. Also, these are much easier to use. The 4 GB version holds everything I could ever want to put on it. They work with Windows XP and Windows Vista. I would purchase again! UPDATE: It's been over 6 months now and these Transend Jetflash 4gb are still working fine! Glad I bought them!
